Diagnosis will involve us gathering as much information about the autoclave as possible. After the autoclave has been transported to our shop, an initial test cycle will be run to confirm any issues.
While taking the current symptoms into consideration, we will then perform a multi-point inspection. If any other issues are discovered, they will be added to the estimate and documented.
After the inspection is complete, we will begin constructing an estimate. This estimate will list the issues found and the necessary repairs. We will then send over a detailed estimate.
Once the estimate is approved, the repair process can begin. If further issues are found during the repair process, the office will be notified immediately. Please note: if an estimate is declined, the loaner will be charged as a rental (Cost: 1 service call + weekly rental).
Once repairs have been completed, the testing begins. After the test cycles are complete, we spore-test all units to ensure they will comply with all health guidelines and are fully operational. Payment is expected immediately after the unit is returned.
All parts and labor include a 1-year warranty. If your equipment continues to have any issues, please contact us in order to get your issues resolved. This warranty only covers items that were listed
in the invoice(s) within the
last year.
